Shipping and Processing Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at B. True following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

If you input your address incorrectly ex: no apartment number, wrong address number, wrong street address etc. we will not be reliable or responsible, a new order will need to be placed. If your order was shipped back to our return address due to the incorrect info and we receive it, we will gladly reship your same order but a shipping fee must be paid to re send out your order. We will not replace if your order was sent back to us damaged.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days not including weekends or holidays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During COVID-19 we may experience longer processing time and shipping time not under our control, please be patient during this time.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

B. Trueships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

At times we print shipping labels so that we can mass label shipping boxes to expedite the packaging of your order. If you see a shipping label was created with no movement don’t be alarmed. Once it goes on USPS truck you will get an update that it has left our facility. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

B. True is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

B. True is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
